Osvald Antonius Hartig (1885-1952) oil painting on canvas of cows drinking from a sunlit trough, water cascading into it. A dogwood tree to their front. Beyond them is a stone barn where other cows are hiding in the shade of a pass-through. Signed and dated 1945 at lower right, also signed on reverse. Artwork in gold wood frame measures 20.25" x 25". Artwork and frame are both in very good age appropriate condition . Frame has scattered minor wear.
