A 19th century oil painting on board of black and yellow chicks in the grass eating out of an oyster shell. Artwork in frame measures 12" x 15.5". Artwork is in very good, 19th century condition - a few very minor spots of loss. Original gilded frame is also in good, 19th century condition with scattered, age appropriate wear and touch ups.
