Antique (early 20th century) American oil on board folk style painting of a rural farm landscape. Cows knee deep (do cows have knees?) in a pond along side blossoming cherry trees. A red-roofed barn and farm house are nestled in the rolling hills in the background. Believed to be a farm on Cape Cod. Signed lower right. The art in frame measures 15.5" x 19.5" in frame. The painting is in excellent, antique condition. The gold flowered solid wood frame is new.
