Douglas Runyan (American, 21st century) oil on canvas portrait of a red house enveloped by a lush, flowering garden. Signed lower right. Titled on back Flower Garden at Steele's Place. Also included on the back is an exhibition label from a 2005 Fort Wayne Artists Guild show. Runyan is known for his American landscapes set along the East Coast as well as the Midwest (Brown County, Indiana). Artwork in solid wood gold frame measures 18.5" x 18.75".
