A 20th century oil painting on board by John Edwards (British, b. 1914) of a fleet of small, colorful sailboats moving in formation toward a hilly country landscape. A cheerful, layered and very well done piece. Titled "Cornish Sailing Club". Signed lower right. Artwork in soft yellow painted wood frame measures 12" x 14". Both artwork and frame are in very good condition with only minor wear.
